Jenny L. Cote frequently hears from aspiring young authors who have been inspired by her books and who seek mentoring in their own writing journeys. Borrowing from the legendary "Inklings" of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien who met with other authors at the famed Eagle and Child Pub in Oxford, England, Jenny now offers an online "Epic Inklings" meeting for aspiring authors. • We'll meet once per month for open-ended discussion and Q&A on all things writing, publishing and marketing. Meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. EST, and are scheduled for January 19, February 16, March 16, April 20, and May 18.
• Inklings will drive the discussion and Jenny will share practical information about the world of being an author. She'll discuss her research, writings, workshops, and travels that interest the group. Inklings will be able to use the meeting as a sounding board for their work to work through plot lines or character development.
• Registration is required to foster commitment from a maximum of ten serious young writers. For only $25 per month for five months, young authors will receive professional mentoring while gaining friends who share their writing goals and dreams. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive instructions for joining the monthly Zoom meeting.
